Illinois Not for Profit Corporation

• We're an Illinois Not-for-Profit Corporation, incorporated in 1979. (certificate).
• Our eight person board meets once a month, usually in the museum building on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
• Board members are elected at the annual member's meeting; four are elected each year to serve a two year term.
• Check our schedule for board activities.
• Board members are active in community preservation and other matters involving the community.
