Hughes - At her home in Millburn, Lake Co., Ill., Oct. 4th, 1878,
Margaret Lloyd Hughes, in her 68th year.
Deceased was born in Cambria Co., Pa., in 1811; came to this
county in the spring of 1844. She was a faithful member of the
Christian Church until her death. She leaves five children to
mourn her loss; but they mourn not as those that are without
hope. Funeral conducted by Elder J. Owen, assisted by Rev. C. M.
Bingham.

Mrs. Margaret Hughes died at her residence in Millburn, Ill., on
the 4th inst., age 76 years. Deceased was a daughter of the late
John Lloyd, decd., and was born in this place where she resided
for many years prior to removing to Illinois. She died as she
had lived a true christian, and after a life well spent has gone
to meet her reward.
