Mrs. Margaret Denman Dies at Millburn Home
After Lingering Illness
Mrs. Margaret Eleanor Denman, 65, wife of Jesse S. Denman, Secretary
of the Millburn Mutual Insurance Co. died at 12:20 p. m. Wednesday
at her home on Rte. 45, Millburn, following a lingering illness.
Mrs. Denman was born in Antioch township, April 22, 1887, and
lived in that and Lake Villa townships all of her life. She was a
school teacher before her marriage to Jesse S. Denman, Oct. 25, 1911
in Antioch.
She was a member of the Millburn Congregational church and the
Ladies' Aid Society of the church. She was also a member of the
Gurnee Royal Neighbors.
Surviving are the husband, two sons, Kenneth and Robert of Millburn;
three daughters, Mrs. Grace Kane of Mundelein; Mrs. Margaret
DeYoung and Mrs. Alice Bauman of Millburn; a sister, Bertha Newman, and
a brother, George White, of Hebron.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p. m. Friday at Strang funeral home
with Revenend L. H. Messersmith in ch_____. Burial will be in Millburn
cemetery. Friends may call after 1 p. m.
