Mr. William S. Denman, 83, of Waukegan, Illinois died May 6, 1981 at Victory
Memorial Hospital.
He was born December 23, 1897 in Millburn, Illinois. He was a member of the
First Presbyterian Church of Waukegan where he was an elder and a trustee.
Mr. Denman retired from the Liberty Oil Company.
Survivors include his widow, Grace (nee Hubler); 2 sons, Elvin (Louise) Denman,
of Bay Port, Minnesota and Donald (Martha) Denman, of Mansfield, Ohio;
10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first
wife Ruth Pollock Denman, 2 brothers, Jesse and Edward and 1 sister, Minetta.
Funeral services will be at 1 PM Friday, May 8, 1981 at the First Presbyterian
Church, 122 N. Utica, Waukegan, Illinois, with the Reverend R. Norman Herbert
officiating. Interment will be in Millburn Cemetery. Friends may call between 6
and 9 PM on Thursday at the MARSH FUNERAL HOME, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan,
and from noon until 1 PM Friday at the First Presbyterian Church. Please send
