Children: Abbie, married Owen Hollenbeck on September 23, 1903; Benjamin Willard, Jr.; Minnie married Thomas Edwards; Luell, married Andrew Grant, lived in Chicago, children moved to Lodi, Wisconsin, in 1975, sons Charles and Haydn, who moved to Texas; Frazier W., born on October 28, 1882, died on November 30, 1894, in a woodpile accident (obituary). Died on Saturday, August 2, 1902 at Hickory (obituary).
Born on December 27, 1833, in Pennsylvania. Came to Newport Township in 1842. Civil war service in Company I, 147th Illinois Volunteers. Married Helen E. Gartner in November, 1870, at Bristol, Wisconsin.. She was born on April 3, 1849, in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Children. Wagon maker. Postmaster at Rosecrans, Illinois.
