Jacob P. Miller

Read biographical sketch written in 1891.

Born November 4, 1805. Married Christina Quering on October 14, 1827. Came to the United States in 1831. Came to Lake County, a short distance from Millburn, on October 9, 1837. Died May 19, 1874.

Christina Quering

Also seen name spelled Christiana. Born March (May?) 23, 1799, in Germany. Married Jacob P. Miller on October 14, 1827. Died December 19, 1888 (obituary).

Read biographical sketch written in
1877.

Born October 19, 1828, in Germany. Came to Lake County in 1837. Married Harriet Sorter on June 16, 1851. She was born in September, 1830, and died November 15, 1903 (obituary). Children. Died September 17, 1903 (obituary).

Christina

Born about 1833. Married R. C. Green. Moved to Waukegan, Ill.

Charlott

Born in 1835. Married Mathew H. Cribb about December 4, 1863. Children. Moved to Lake Villa, Ill. She died in 1917.

Henry P.

Read biographical sketch written in 1877.

Born May 28, 1837, in Niles Center, Cook County, Ill. Came to Lake County in 1837 (1843?). Married Margaret A. King on October 29, 1868. She was born in August, 1845, and died in 1918. Children. Moved to Lake Villa in 1904. Died August 24, 1916 at age 79 years 2 months and 27 days (obituary).

Henry Wedge about March 11, 1872. Children. Died on November 18, 1906.

Born June 4, 1855. Died July 27, 1856.

George A.

Born January 26, 1857. Married Emma McCredie about 1885. Children: Ralph B., born June, 1889, married Bessie Garrett, who died September 23, 1922 (obituary); Vera, born January, 1894.

Lewis Henry

Born September 20, 1866. Married Cynthia Lewis on November 15, 1890. Children: Harriet, born September, 1892. Died November 8, 1928, at age 57 years 1 month 18 days.

William

(in doubt) Born about February, 1860. Died June, 1860.

William Henry

Born August 26 (27?), 1871. Married
Robertie A. McCredie in 1904. Children: Evelyn, married Ralph McGuire, moved to Rhinelander, Wisconsin. School board member. Trustee of Sand Lake Cemetery. Died in 1960, at age 88.

Fred

Born December 27, 1872. Married Mary (unknown last name) about 1893. Children: Ethel, born March, 1894; Edward, born May, 1896; Robert, born November, 1899.

Mary C.

Born January 20, 1875.

Elmer J.

Born February 21, 1877.
