Huldah Rice

Born 1794 in Mass. Married William Sadler. Died in 1874, in Rochester, Minnesota.

William Dexter

Born on November 11, 1817, in East Conway, Mass. Married Nancy Spires on January 19, 1842, at Brewerton, New Jersey. She was born February 14, 1821, in New York, and died on August 21, 1900. Children: Oren, born about 1842, in New York; Alphonso S, born about 1845, in New York. Died on December 28, 1892, at 7:15 (obituary).

Joseph R.

Born February 20, 1822. Married Phebe Spiers. She was born March 28, 1824, and died September 4, 1902, at age 72 (obituary). Children. Died June 4, 1866.

Phebe remarried on January 27, 1868, to Levi G. Lamson. He was born on May 15 (13?), 1819, and died on November 10, 1877.

Mary

Born about 1832 in New York. Married John Shaver Vosburgh about April 5, 1850. He was born about 1821 and had a brother named Oren, born about 1820. This family may have gone to Rochester or Minneapolis, Minnesota. We believe that John Shaver Vosburgh died in Rochester, Minnesota, in 1894. Died in 1920, in Rochester, Minnesota.

Born April 27, 1853. Married Herbert R. Mathews on November 1 (25?), 1879. Died November 15, 1925.

Anna Eliza

Also known as Eliza Anna. Born March 12, 1862, on family farm at Millburn. Married Christian L. Van Patten on December 30, 1881, at Kenosha. He was born April 9, 1855, in Albany County, New York. Children: Louis E., born on October 8, 1891, and died October 23, 1891, at age 15 days. Died October 17, 1891, at Manning, Iowa, at age 29 years 9 months and 5 days (obituary).

Christian remarried, to Mary Shumaker.
